The oiled ash handle is ergonomically shaped, so it fits comfortably in the hand and allows for finer work.
The finely ground blade with side bevel to the mirror side made of high-quality CV steel guarantees cutting durability over the entire useful length at a hardness of 61 HRC and is sharpened ready for use. It enables clean work right into the corners, even with deep grooves. The cutting edge angle is 27 °.
