Description
With the latest forging and hardening technology and a chrome vanadium tool steel that is excellently suited for this application, the gouges are manufactured according to DIN standard 5141. 
We guarantee a Rockwell hardness of 61 HRC in close tolerances over the entire useful length of the gouge. Each gouge is tested for hardness and edge retention. 
Handle: large round handle hornbeam
Blade: fine ground, sharpened ready for use
